About Us

At Radical Catalyst, we believe in the power of science to drive meaningful change.

Founded in 2018, we began with a simple but urgent mission: to address the growing problem of plastic pollution by rethinking how materials are designed and managed. Motivated by the widespread impact of microplastics and environmental degradation, our team set out to develop a solution that works with — not against — the realities of modern manufacturing.

Through rigorous research and testing over more than five years, we created a patented, mineral-based additive that helps conventional plastics undergo a controlled degradation process — without changing how they’re made, used, or perform. This breakthrough inspired our name: Radical Catalyst — because we aim to spark transformative change at scale.

Our technology integrates seamlessly into existing production lines and works across a wide range of polymer families, giving manufacturers and brands a practical tool to support their long-term sustainability goals. Whether in packaging, agriculture, or consumer goods, we partner with forward-thinking companies to help them meet their environmental goals — without compromise.

We are proud to be a women- and veteran-owned business, led by a team of experienced leaders committed to responsible, scalable innovation in plastics.

We’re not here to replace plastic. We’re here to radically improve it.
